What is Angina?

Angina is an inflammation of the throat. It can be bacterial (streptococcus) or viral.

What are the Symptoms?

Sore throat and difficulty swallowing. These two symptoms are accompanied by fever, headache, aches and pains, cough and sneezing. Sore throat and difficulty swallowing almost never appear alone. It is part of other symptoms. The cause is mostly a virus infection.
